Tears of the Moon

Romance Fantasy4/21/2001 Rating: 5 Scrolls

Brenna O'Toole has grown up in her village in Ireland with Shawn Gallagher. They have been friends all their lives. She broke his nose with a baseball when they were teenagers. They have been in and out of each others' home since they were small. Recently she has discovered her feelings include more than just friendship. His sister Darcy is Brenna's best friend.

Shawn Gallagher is a dreamer, a musician. He works in the family pub and writes music. He is gorgeous and does not seem to know this fact. When Brenna wants to change their relationship he is is shocked and excited at the same time.

Ireland, mythology, and romance. They go together. This is the second in an Irish trilogy of romance novels by Nora Roberts. The series focuses on the three Gallagher siblings. Shawn has grown up with the legends of the area and is not shocked as he sees ghosts come to life. In fact, when Brenna sees the Lady Gwen in his house, he is upset because he had not seen her yet. This is a wonderful nove. I believe this is as good as the first one, Jewels of the Sun and stands well on its own. It will warm your heart.
